The bottom of the Murano pan is made of multi-layered, forged aluminum that is food-safe. This design makes all the pans in the Murano series suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction cookers. The multi-layered bottom of the pan also efficiently absorbs heat, making cooking your favorite dishes more effective and energy-efficient. The Thermopoint located on the heat-resistant handle collar will inform you about the optimal heating of the coating and its readiness for use. It's worth mentioning the ergonomic Soft-Touch handle made of plastic, which does not heat up, ensuring it always stays at the optimal temperature, thus reducing the risk of burns. At the end of the handle, there is also a hole that allows you to hang the pan on a kitchen hook.
