The salt grinding mechanism is protected against corrosion while maintaining its exceptionally durable sharpness.
We recommend using only salt with a diameter of up to 4mm.
Please do not use moist sea salt, such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, or salt flakes.
The pepper grinding mechanism is equipped with a screw with a double row of teeth that guide the pepper grains to perfect pulverization. The patented mechanism is protected against corrosion while maintaining its exceptionally durable sharpness.
We recommend using only whole pepper grains up to 6mm.
To fill the mill, unscrew the securing nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid.
To adjust the thickness of the ground grains, use the securing nut.
The manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty for the grinding mechanism.
