The 28cm diameter pan from WMF PermaDur Excellent collection is a product designed for special tasks - mainly preparing sauces or frying or heating a large number of loose ingredients, such as small pieces of vegetables.
The PermaDur coating prevents sticking, and the comfortable, large handles on both sides of the pan are perfect for fast pan handling or shaking ingredients. The pan is suitable for use in an induction kitchen, however, due to the use of PermaDuru, we recommend hand washing.
A glass lid is a must-have in any kitchen. It will work both during cooking and frying. The lid will keep your kitchen clean, even after intense frying!
The deep collar prevents slipping and ensures a perfect fit to the pot or pan. The lid has specially profiled tabs from the bottom of the flange, thanks to which the distance between it and the vessel is maintained, through which excess steam is extracted, eliminating the “jumping” of the lid during use.
The product is made of high-quality glass with high transparency, and the handle itself is made of Cromargan stainless steel. The use of the highest quality materials ensures the durability of the cover.
