WMF Grand Class Universal Knife 14/27cm The universal knife is an essential assistant at every stage of cooking. Cutting fruits and vegetables, filleting meat, preparing salad, or chopping herbs - nothing is a hindrance with a universal knife. A sharp blade and a comfortable handle that fits perfectly in the hand - these elements make working with a WMF knife a pure pleasure. The excellent sharpness of WMF knives is guaranteed by Performance Cut technology and the specialized steel used for blade manufacturing, which, according to tradition, is subjected to hammer forging along the entire length of the blade. Laser measurement and bilateral sharpening of blades at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality black plastic, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. The characteristic, double riveting strengthens the construction, and the steel end of the handle allows for splitting harder ingredients.
