Mami 24cm Universal Knife

The Alessi Mami collection Utility Knife is a fusion of design and functionality by the outstanding designer Stefano Giovannoni. Designed by him, this knife is lightweight and versatile, characterized by exceptional durability and excellence in everyday use. It is perfect for chopping and mincing vegetables or fruits, and it is also suitable for slicing, filleting, and portioning meat. Both the blade and the handle of the Utility Knife are made of matte stainless steel, which is highly durable, and it is easy to sharpen. The Utility Knife, with a total length of 24cm, features a narrow, long blade that smoothly merges with the handle in a gentle curve. The Mami collection is characterized by its soft, undulating lines that will captivate anyone. Designer Stefano Giovannoni aimed to blend playful motifs with classicism, harmony, and originality.
