They are equipped with a steel-aluminum base that evenly distributes heat and allows for energy-efficient cooking. Additionally, they are suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction stovetops. Finished with a 5-layer non-stick coating that has been reinforced with mineral particles, these pans are scratch-resistant and completely free from PFOA, nickel, and heavy metals. Thanks to the non-stick coating, you can easily fry dishes with a minimal amount of fat, promoting a healthy lifestyle. The ergonomic handles, reinforced with stainless steel, are finished with synthetic material to prevent overheating. They are resistant to high temperatures up to 160°C. The integrated Thermopoint display will immediately indicate whether the pan is heated sufficiently: the red color indicates the right temperature for frying, and the dark green appears when the pan has cooled down. This innovative solution allows you to prepare perfect dishes and determine whether the pan is cool enough to be washed after cooking.
