Insert the chosen blade into the blade hole and tighten it using the side screw.
Then place the vegetable on the side rod and press down.
Simply turn the knob to obtain perfectly sliced threads.
After use, remove the blade and wash it in water with detergent. Avoid washing the slicer in the dishwasher to prevent damage.
