After each use, it's important to remember:
Wipe the rim dry.
Rub the inside of the casserole with cooking oil for conservation.
Do not leave the casserole filled with water for more than 20 minutes.
To remove burnt food residues, fill the casserole with water and dishwashing liquid and soak for no longer than 20 minutes. Wash using a soft sponge. Do not scrub with metal scouring pads.
