The carving knife from the Japanese brand Mcusta Zanmai is designed for trimming larger meat cuts, such as roast beef, lamb leg, or turkey. Its sharp-tipped blade allows for precise cutting in tight spaces and makes it easier to separate meat from the bone. It is characterized by its lightweight and ease of use, making it appreciated by every chef. The handle is made of black micarta, a highly regarded material used in knife production. Micarta is a composite obtained from linen, canvas, and carbon fiber. Micarta is known for its high resistance to mechanical damage, high temperatures, and moisture.
