Peugeot's patented U-Select system allows for exceptionally precise grinding with its 6-level grind size adjustment. You can set the desired grind size by turning the lower part of the mill.

The special grinding mechanism is designed to crush coarse kitchen salt. During the grinding process, the spice is dispensed evenly, making dosing easier. Salt is the most classic seasoning, used in almost every cooked dish, sandwich, salad, and more. To refill the mill, unscrew the fastening nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid.

Peugeot mills are designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt crystals up to 4 mm. The manufacturer recommends always using coarse salt—dry, rock, or sea salt. Moist sea salts such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, and fleur de sel should not be used.
