During the grinding process, the seasoning is evenly dispensed, making it easy to control the amount. Salt is the most classic spice, used in almost every cooked dish, sandwiches, salads, and more. To fill the mill, simply unscrew the securing nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid. The nut allows you to adjust the coarseness of the grind.
Peugeot mills are designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt with a grain size of up to 4 mm. The manufacturer recommends using coarse, dry, rock, or sea salt. Do not use wet sea salt such as Guerande, Ré, Maldon, pink salt, or salt flower.
The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on the mill body and a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism.
The mill is not suitable for grinding pepper.

The special grinding mechanism is designed for pepper. It is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a double-row helix with teeth that handle grinding grains of any size perfectly. During the grinding process, the seasoning is evenly dispensed, making it easy to control the amount. Pepper is the most classic spice, used in almost every cooked dish, sandwiches, salads, and more. To fill the mill, simply unscrew the securing nut at the top of the mill and remove the lid.
The Peugeot mill is intended exclusively for grinding dry, hard, whole peppercorns up to 6mm. You can grind black, white, and green pepper in the mill. The increasingly popular "pink pepper" can also be ground, but only if mixed with the aforementioned pepper grains in a proportion of up to 15%.
