The cast iron from which it is made has an ideal ability to store heat, significantly reducing cooking or baking time. Its unique design and perfect fit of the lid help retain moisture during meal preparation, resulting in much juicier and more flavorful roasts. The metal handle attached to the lid is heat-resistant up to 250°C, allowing the pot and lid to be safely used in the oven. Ergonomic handles on both sides of the pot's body allow for easy transportation, even when wearing kitchen gloves.
