The metal handle attached to the lid is heat-resistant up to 250°C. Ergonomic handles on both sides of the pot allow for comfortable handling, even with kitchen gloves. The black enamel covering the interior of the pot has micro indentations where juices from roasted meats gather. These juices are full of flavor and form an ideal base for exquisite sauces.
