The cast iron material of the pot has excellent heat retention abilities, significantly reducing cooking or baking time and allowing for energy-efficient cooking. Equipped with ergonomic handles on both sides of the body, it enables comfortable transportation, even with thick kitchen gloves.
The flat surface of the lid is designed with specially crafted dimples, known as the Aroma Rain system, which helps retain moisture while preparing meals. This system ensures that cakes or additions are much moister and full of aroma. The metal handle attached to the lid is resistant to high temperatures up to 240°C.
The black enamel coating inside the pot has micro-cracks that collect juices from roasted dishes. They are full of flavor and create an ideal base for exquisite sauces. Additionally, this surface is non-stick, making cooking and cleaning after use easier. It also protects the cast iron from the harmful effects of washing detergents.
