WMF Spitzenklasse Plus Vegetable Knife 8/18cm A convenient and highly precise knife from WMF. The small, straight blade - measuring only 8 centimeters - is perfect for slicing small ingredients such as fruits or vegetables. Its ideal, very sharp edge is suitable for slicing into slices or dicing. The Spitzenklasse Plus collection offers more than 20 different knife models suitable for every ingredient you use in your cooking. The knife from the Spitzenklasse series is a timeless product - it has been part of WMF's offering for over 30 years. The forged blade edge and the handle with stainless steel rivets pay homage to the tradition of crafting blades using artisanal methods. WMF guarantees the exceptional sharpness of its knives through the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for blade production, which is traditionally treated with hammer forging throughout the length of the blade. Laser measurement and double-sided blade sharpening at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality black synthetic material, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. The distinctive triple riveting reinforces the construction.
