WMF Universal Kitchen Knife 12/22cm A universal knife is up to any task you may encounter while preparing meals. This knife excels in cutting fruits and vegetables as well as meat. The sharp tip of the blade allows you to prepare a cold buffet, making it easy to lift many ingredients from the cutting board and arrange them on a larger plate. Spitzenklasse Plus offers over 20 different knife models suitable for various ingredients used in meal preparation. A knife from the Spitzenklasse collection is a timeless product, available in WMF's range for over 30 years. The forged blade edge and handle with stainless steel rivets harken back to the tradition of crafting blades using artisanal methods. WMF knives guarantee excellent sharpness, thanks to the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for blade production. This steel, in line with tradition, undergoes hammer forging along the entire length of the blade. Laser measurements and double-sided sharpening at a 13-degree angle make these knives suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, crafted from high-quality black synthetic material, is safe and comfortable to hold due to its ergonomic design. The characteristic triple riveting reinforces the construction.
