Edo Pan 28cm

The Alessi Edo collection pan is a blend of design and functionality by the outstanding designer Patricia Urquiola. The 28cm diameter pan is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum, and its simple modern shapes and thick bottom promote even heat distribution inside. The pan is suitable for use on any type of stove. Thanks to the non-stick coating, it allows for frying with a minimal amount of fat. The unique shape and the bronze handle, reminiscent of a leather strap coated with PVD, will appeal to minimalists and those who appreciate modern design. The product can be safely washed in a dishwasher. The Edo collection combines elegant, shiny stainless steel with interesting copper-colored handles. It was designed by Patricia Urquiola, who has created designs for the most important Italian and international companies. Edo will create conditions for culinary improvisation in our kitchen. The products will allow us to transform our kitchen into a professional space for culinary experiments. About the designer: Patricia Urquiola was born in Oviedo. She lives and works in Milan. Patricia studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Polytechnic University of Milan. She was an assistant to the lecturer Achille Castiglioni. In 2001, she opened her own studio specializing in product design, interiors, and architecture. She has created products for the most important Italian and international companies. Some of her products are exhibited in major art and design museums.
