The Demeyere Atlantis pot with a capacity of 2.2 liters rises to many challenges in the kitchen. It easily allows for preparing sauces or cooking small amounts of food. Each element has been meticulously perfected with great care. The pots from the Atlantis line are made of 7-layer 7-PlyMaterial®, ensuring even heat distribution from the bottom to the very edge. They are excellent for everyday use on all types of stovetops, in ovens, and in dishwashers. The pot is made with Silvinox®, a stainless steel that is free from iron and impurities thanks to a specially developed electrochemical process. This ensures that the pot remains shining silver for many years of use, without leaving fingerprints on the surface, ensuring a high level of hygiene. The brushed bottom and sides make cleaning easy. The exceptional patented InductoSeal® base, composed of 7 layers including silver and copper, allows for energy-efficient cooking and facilitates control over the dish. In addition to this, the Demeyere patented TriplInduc® technology empowers the cookware to minimize energy costs during cooking, enhance efficiency on induction cooktops, and prevent the base from warping after years of use. Tightly fitting lids prevent steam from escaping, allowing dishes to cook faster and healthier, preserving valuable nutrients and minerals. The ergonomic 18/10 stainless steel handles remain cool to the touch, providing comfortable handling. The welded handle technology ensures they are hygienic and durable. The pot's edge is designed for easy pouring without the fear of spills.
