A knife from the Spitzenklasse collection is a timeless product - it has been in the WMF range for over 30 years. The forged blade edge and the handle with rivets made of stainless steel in appearance refer to the tradition of blade manufacturing by artisan methods. The guarantee of excellent sharpness of WMF knives is the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel intended for blade production, which traditionally undergoes hammer forging treatment along the entire length of the blade. Laser measurement and bilateral sharpening of the blade at a 13-degree angle mean that they are suitable for both right and left-handed people. The handle is made of high-quality black plastic and, due to its ergonomic shape, is safe and comfortable for the hand. Characteristic triple riveting strengthens the structure.
