Mcusta Zanmai MCUSTA is a Japanese company founded in 1964, specializing in the production of high-quality kitchen knives. The synonym for the word ZANMAI is luxury, which holds immense significance in the production of each knife. In the initial stage, the knives are laser-cut from steel sheets, resulting in high hardness.
