The guarantee of excellent sharpness for WMF knives is the Performance Cut technology and specialized steel used for blade production, which, following tradition, undergoes hammer forging along the entire length of the blade. Laser measurement and double-sided sharpening of the blades at a 13-degree angle make them suitable for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle, made of high-quality 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. Filling it with special cement prevents accidental disconnection of the components and ensures proper balance.
