Flexible 16cm Tamahagane San Black VG-5 Carving Knife
A specialized kitchen knife designed for filleting and slicing fish and other types of meat. It allows you to cut and separate meat from bones, helps in gutting and dressing small fish and poultry portions. The long, thin, flexible blade allows for precise cutting of products, even those of considerable size. The knife is exceptionally lightweight, making the filleting process require less effort and much simpler.
The handle is made of micarta, a highly regarded material used in knife production. It is a composite obtained from linen, canvas, and carbon fiber. Micarta is known for its high resistance to mechanical damage, high temperatures, and moisture.
