WMF Grand Class Universal Knife 12/24cm The universal knife is an indispensable helper at every stage of cooking. Whether it’s cutting fruits and vegetables, filleting meat, preparing salads, or chopping herbs - nothing is an obstacle with a universal knife. A sharp blade and a comfortable grip that perfectly fits the hand - these elements make working with a WMF knife a sheer pleasure. The excellent sharpness of WMF knives is guaranteed by the Performance Cut technology and the specialized steel designed for making blades, which, in keeping with tradition, is processed by hammer forging along the entire length of the blade. Laser measuring and bilateral sharpening of the blade at a 13-degree angle mean they are suitable for both right- and left-handed people. The handle, made of high-quality black plastic, is safe and comfortable for the hand due to its ergonomic shape. The distinctive, double riveting strengthens the construction, and the steel end of the handle allows for breaking apart harder ingredients.
